Alárìíyá, founded in 2014, by Nigerian born, Olugbade Okunade, aka GP Saxy, who began his musical career as master trumpet player in Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s world renowned afrobeat orchestra, Egypt 80. In April 2107, Alárìíyá released their debut self-titled album to a SOLD-OUT event at The Toff in Town, Melbourne’s leading live music venue.
